Any individual who believes that his or her employment rights have been violated may file a job discrimination complaint with the EEOC. This includes applicants, employees and former employees, regardless of their citizenship or work authorization status. You do not have to be a full-time employee in order to file a complaint. Part-time, seasonal, and temporary employees also may file a job discrimination complaint with the EEOC.In addition, an individual, organization, or agency may file a job discrimination complaint on behalf of another person in order to protect that person's identity.
